| Job Description | We are looking for field workers to assist with Tokyo’s public sewage construction projects. Our company, as a prime contractor, handles public works with a direct labor structure, ensuring a stable work environment. Under the guidance of the site supervisor, you will oversee the project schedule, materials, crew numbers, and heavy machinery arrangements. You will also lead subordinate workers, ensuring high-quality work, adherence to deadlines, and successful project completion. |

| Salary | Monthly salary of 420,000 - 520,000 yen (Including housing, attendance, duties, and on-site allowances) |
| Allowances | Full transportation coverage; overtime, holiday, position, night shift, site, family, qualification, housing, and attendance allowances |

| Holidays | 122 annual holidays, full two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and public holidays |
